I was delighted to hear that you expanded your niche to the San Juan Islands. (I would normally have said “niche market” but I recently was beaten up in one of the other forums by a Herr Bill Womack so I don’t say that any more)
Did you use the following website when you developed the shoreline? http://apps.ecy.wa.gov/shorephotos/index.html
Also, I found the Patos Island Lighthouse to be a useful VFR checkpoint when
navigating in the area. http://www.lighthousefriends.com/light.asp?ID=103
The billionaire and inventor, James Jannard, who owns Oakley Sunglasses may still own Clam Harbor (WA35) on Orcas Island. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Jannard
I have some images of the quay at the Orcas Island ferry landing area if you were planning any scenery for it. Just let me know.

Hi Frank, thanks for all the info! Holger reports:
The basic GIS data (shorelines, lakes, wetlands, and roads) were provided by the Washington Department of Natural Resources. For shoreline textures I used high-resolution orthophotos to determine whether to choose beach or cliff textures.
Pics are always welcome, understanding that we may or may not use them…
