Greenhouses at CYNJ

Monday, April 30th, 2007

For the VFR flyer, greenhouses are a familiar site in the Fraser Valley where CYNJ is located.  One very large one , more than 200m x 200m, is close to the flight path.  Here’s some screenshots.

Just fantastic Jon. It’s getting more like the real thing every time you post new shots. Are we going to have the several rows of hangars on the Western extreme of the airport?? I can see something there in these pics., but off the top of my head, I think there are about three complete rows, with taxiways between them, of course.

    Hi Dave,

I’ve only modelled two buildings out of dozens at CYNJ so far. All hangers will be modelled.

    Hi Jon,

I just picked up Cloud9’s Canada XClass for FSX which more clearly reflects landclass in in Google earth. Are you familiar with that product and if so how compatible or not will that be with Vancouver+ for FSX that you’re now developing?

    Cheers
    Bernie

    Hi Bernie,

Vancouver+ will be fully compatable: we will override completely (for the area) any global landclass products such as XClass.
