FSX SP2 available for download

Here’s the link. Note:
- SP2, unlike SP1 is not a must-have for everyone. Some folks will appreciate some fixes, but some things that worked in SP1 are broken in SP2. See this post.
- Ut’s harmless to give it a try, and revert to SP1 if necessary.
- SP1 is necessary prior to installing SP2.
- SP2 should not be installed if you already have the Acceleration expansion pack.

Yes , it was very dissapointing to see terrain bugs that had been fixed by SP1 reappear when I installed the Acceleration pack (for example look at the River Thames in London around Tower Bridge just west of London City Airport). I wonder if it is possible to install Acceleration pack WITHOUT SP2?
I’d doubt that. You might be able to make a copy of the aircraft and scenery, and then rollback to SP1 and add those back in. But I’m not sure the guages would work though and there might be other issues. I don’t know how you could recover the missions ….
